You’ll receive a service exactly as specified by Mercedes, using only approved parts, carried out by a dealer-trained technician, and your warranty will always be intact. Our state-of-the-art, 13,000 sq ft workshop has 9 ramps and all the latest equipment and tooling required to carry out your service quickly, safely and to a very high standard. Whether your vehicle is 3 months old or 15 years old, Team Valley Service & MOT Centre will treat it and you respectfully and with every attention to detail.

If your vehicle is older and is no longer covered by its Mercedes warranty, we will discuss its servicing requirements and history with you before recommending one of our in-house service levels.

We are located on Octavian Way in Gateshead, close to the A1M, and serve Mercedes customers from all over the North East of England. We have an extremely comfortable (and warm) 1200 sq ft waiting area with free WiFi, coffee and snacks which you are welcome to use while we work on your Mercedes if appropriate.

Team Valley Service & MOT Centre will service your Mercedes exactly as any Mercedes dealer would. We refer to their servicing schedule and use only approved parts thereby keeping any warranty valid and up-to-date. We will also update your online service record too.
